Demographic Update Form Requirement

Dear Parent and Guardian,

We are reaching out to inform you of a new feature in the Parent Portal designed to ensure that all the student information is up to date and accurate.

Starting this school year, student schedules will not be visible in the Parent Portal until the required Demographic Update form has been completed, submitted, and approved by the district.

Key Details:

  • The Parent Portal will open on August 11th at 10:00 AM, two weeks before the start of school, allowing families time to complete the Demographic update form.
  • Once the form has been submitted and approved, students' schedules will be available beginning on August 22nd.
  • If the Demographic update is submitted after August 22nd, please allow 24-48 hours for the form to be processed and the schedule to become available.

We have strongly encouraged all families to complete the Demographic update as soon as the parent portal opens to avoid any delays in accessing student schedules.
