Dear Weston Community,

We would like to inform you that Hurlbutt Elementary School will serve as the host site for the Weston Public
Schools Extended School Year (ESY) Program this summer. The program will operate on the following dates
and times:

• July 7 – July 11 8:45 AM – 3:15 PM
• July 14 – July 18 8:45 AM – 3:15 PM
• July 21 – July 25 8:45 AM – 3:15 PM
• July 28 – August 1 8:45 AM – 3:15 PM
• August 4 – August 8 8:45 AM – 12:15 PM

To ensure the safety and security of our students and staff, Hurlbutt Elementary School property will be closed
to the public during these dates and times. This includes all playgrounds, the basketball court, and the
surrounding fields.

Please note: Access to the Weston Senior Center will not be affected.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and secure learning
environment throughout the ESY program.
