Deborah Low

• Deborah Low is a retired educator with 38-years of experience.  She began as an English teacher before moving into school administration.  Deborah worked for 20 years in the Wilton schools, including as principal and Assistant Superintendent.  She was then Superintendent in Ridgefield for eight years. 
• After retiring, Deborah was elected to the Wilton Board of Education and served for five years.  She also served for a short time (Spring, 2025) as Acting Superintendent in Weston. 
• Deborah and her husband, Vincent, moved to Weston in 2022.  They enjoy spending time with their nearby grandchildren, working on home improvement projects, and traveling.

David Felton

• David is the owner of Canaan Technology, a Managed Service Provider (IT Services) that he founded in 2002. At Canaan Technology, David is responsible for the development and execution of the Company’s strategy, day-to-day management, identifying and evaluating new products and services, and working closely with clients and staff during the entire project lifecycle. David is frequently called upon by trade publications to provide expert commentary and analysis of tech industry trends and events. Prior to founding Canaan Technology, David held management-level positions in the IT field at the University of Hartford, Yale University, the Hamden Public Schools, and several privately held companies.
• David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Criminal Justice from the University of Hartford.

Sharon Ferraro

• Sharon is a retired sales professional who specialized in both traditional and new media sales. She has developed and managed large global teams of sales professionals throughout her career.
• She has a BA in Telecommunications from Indiana University, Bloomington.
• Since moving to Weston in 2016, Sharon has been on the executive committee of both WMS and WHS PTO’s as well as involved in various fundraising and community activities. She has also served as the president of the Weston Women’s League.
• Sharon and her husband, Dana, have a total of six children in their blended family.

Peter Gordon

• Peter brings broad experience in the global photonics industry focusing on developing and deploying solutions to enhance human health and drive high bandwidth connectivity. He holds engineering degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and UC Santa Barbara, and a history degree from Edinburgh, Scotland University.
• Peter and his family enjoy living in Weston, hiking locally, gardening, horseback riding, attending Lachat Town Farm community events, skiing, and playing tennis.

Michael Guido

• Michael has built a career in finance spanning more than 20 years. Most recently, he has led Investor Relations programs, serving as the primary representative to Wall Street analysts and investors on behalf of pre-IPO and publicly-traded companies. As the first Head of Investor Relations at Reddit, he established the IR function, developed a quarterly earnings process, and prepared the company for a successful IPO. Prior to Reddit, he was the VP of Investor Relations at WWE, where he was responsible for the company’s external reporting and financial communication to investors globally.   
• Michael earned a Bachelor of Science from Boston College, an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, and he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
• Michael has lived in Weston since 2017 with his wife and two children.

Lisa Luft

• Lisa Luft moved to Weston with her husband Harvey and their three children over 30 years ago. She is deeply rooted in the community, cherishing her 45-year marriage, her children, and her five grandchildren. After taking a ten-year hiatus to focus on raising her children, Lisa’s passion for education led her to return to work shortly after moving to Weston.
• Lisa dedicated 32 years to the New York City Board of Education, where she served as an Accounting and Business Teacher before advancing into administration. Her roles included House Coordinator for 650 students, Assistant Principal, and Principal for 250 to 3500 students. Notably, she excelled as a turnaround principal and served as the Director of the Office of New Schools, where she developed policies for multiple school campuses and supported the creation of 400 new schools. She also championed library renovations, securing grants and political backing to modernize two major libraries.
• Lisa holds administrative licenses in both Connecticut and New York and earned her MS degrees in Reading and Leadership from Southern Connecticut State University and in Executive Leadership from the University of Connecticut.
• Though she retired in September 2022, she continues to coach principals in New York.

Nicole Wallach

• Nicole has lived in Weston since 2022 with her husband and their two children, who attend Hurlbutt Elementary School. 
• She is an education and civil rights attorney who focuses on advancing equity in public education. Most recently, she served in the U.S. Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights, enforcing the federal civil rights laws that protect students from discrimination in K-12 and postsecondary schools. Previously, she practiced at nonprofit organizations in New York City and New Haven, where she represented low-income students and families who faced barriers to academic success as they tried to navigate the public school systems.
