After School Activities
Weston Youth Services and the Parks and Recreation Department offer programs at Hurlbutt Elementary School in which students can participate at the end of the school day.
Weston Youth Services provides a range of programs and services to promote the health and well-being of our children and families. This includes after-school and summer activities for children, parenting workshops and discussion groups, social-educational events for families, as well as short-term counseling, crisis intervention, and referral services. We collaborate with the Weston Public Schools and several other local youth-serving agencies to create programs to enhance children’s physical, social, and educational development. Youth Services also works in conjunction with the Department of Social Services to assist families in financial need and minimize the impact on children’s social and academic activities.
