2018-2019 Classes: AP Biology, Honors Science Research

Extra Help Availability:

Mornings before 7:30 by appointment, afternoons after 2:40 by appointment.  During the school day, you can find me for help in the Math/Science office, the research lab (if I'm in there with students doing research, please come another time), or the library during the following periods:

Periods 3 and 4 (except D and H) [First semester period 3 I am in the library when not in class]

Periods 1, 5, and 8 [First semester period 8 days B and E I am in the library]

I came to WHS at the beginning of the 2002-2003 school year and taught Honors Biology. I previously taught Honors Biology for ten years at Greenwich High School, along with Biology, Animal Behavior, Behavioral Ecology, and Advanced Placement Biology. I graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Vassar College, and attended Brown University on a National Science Foundation Graduate Fellowship but wasn't happy doing research. Switched gears and received a Masters in Arts of Teaching from Rhode Island College, and a Masters of Science in Biology from Southern Connecticut State University. Hobbies include dog training and hiking.
